A timing-and-route adventure above the clouds. Launch from rotating windmills, choose your route and land on the golden mills before your jump budget runs out.
There is no floor to catch you: just windmills turning above a sea of clouds. Watch the direction marker, choose the right moment and jump toward the next mill.
This is the actual self-hosted English Godot game, not a video or a recreation. Original by Joginder Tanikella · Creator’s X post.
How to play There Is No Floor
- Choose Play, select the first level and press its Play button. The first-jump tutorial explains the gold direction marker; choose Let’s try to begin.
- Tap or click the sky, or press Space, to jump from the current windmill. Your remaining jump budget decreases, so plan a route through the golden mills rather than jumping whenever a blade turns.
- The original free tutorial explains Path and Speed. Follow those prompts if they appear. Normal fullscreen can enlarge the portrait play area.
Controls: Play → Level1 → Play. Follow the first-jump tutorial. Click the sky or press Space to jump; wait for the gold direction marker and land on the golden mills. Original Path and Speed controls help explain the route and timing.
Click Fullscreen above the game for the largest play area. If the game does not load, use Open in new tab to play it directly from our copy.
Why it's worth your time
A real keyboard jump changes the remaining budget from4to3 and moves the hero from the centre mill to an adjacent mill. The golden-mill counter remains0/2 in this short acceptance run; full-level completion is not claimed.
The complete captured engine, game pack and both audio worklets load locally. The oversized engine is split only for hosting limits, then reconstructed to its original bytes before Godot loads it. No physics, scores or backend responses are invented.
The creator advertises60levels and browser-local progress. That is original feature scope, not a claim that all levels or the full supplies/economy have been audited.
How it was made and where it lives
Hosted on the author's own page. The author publishes as Joginder Tanikella (@jogitanikella). Original: https://jogindertanikella.itch.io/there-is-no-floor. Actual self-hosted English Godot browser game. Complete PCK and audio worklets retained; oversized engine reconstructed from byte-identical local chunks. Original physics, level data and local progress are unchanged. Real Space jump and adjacent-mill landing verified, not just the tutorial.
