APEX CLUB — Bay Kart Grand Prix is a three-lap kart race around a single circuit, Bay Circuit, with eight karts on the grid. Before the race you go through a garage: pick a kart, read its acceleration, handling and drift figures against a baseline, and choose whether you are racing solo for the win or in a four-versus-four team race for points.
It runs entirely in the browser and needs WebGL 2 — if hardware acceleration is off, it says so rather than failing silently. Everything is local: the seven other karts are AI, and the team race is your four against theirs, not an online lobby.
How to play APEX CLUB
- Pick a kart in the garage. The specification panel treats the APEX kart as the 100% baseline, so the numbers are comparisons rather than absolutes.
- Choose Solo Race (eight racers, one winner) or Team Race (4v4, scored on team points, with team colours on track).
- Steer with the keyboard. Auto-throttle is on by default, so you can concentrate on the racing line before you worry about the accelerator.
- Take corners tightly to earn a mini-turbo out of the exit — that is where the time is, over three laps and six sectors.
- The HUD shows lap, sector and race time; the sector split is the quickest way to see which corner you are losing in.
