A tactile cross-section simulation where each hair, follicle and bulb deforms the surrounding skin before popping free, then grows back for another pull.
Hair Pluck 2D turns a tiny grooming action into a surprisingly physical browser toy. You see skin from the side, grab the exposed end of a hair and pull until the root and bulb squeeze through the follicle.
The original build includes Japanese and English. This self-hosted copy enables the author's English locale and keeps the Godot game pack and runtime local instead of embedding the remote site.
How to play Hair Pluck 2D
- Press and hold on a hair, then drag away from the skin. A straight pull is not always best because the follicle can tilt as the surrounding skin stretches.
- Watch the cross-section. The skin rises around the shaft, the root moves inside the pore and the bulb has to push through the narrow opening before the hair comes free.
- Wait six to ten seconds after a successful pull and a new hair grows in the same area. Use the settings to change how many hairs appear at once.
- Desktop mode can display up to eight hairs; the phone layout limits the scene to four so the targets remain large enough to grab.
Controls: Grab a hair and pull. Change direction as the skin stretches and the follicle tilts; keep pulling until the bulb clears the pore.

Why it's worth your time
The pleasure comes from deformation rather than scoring. Skin, root and pore react continuously to the direction of the drag, so a pull reads as a small physical event instead of a canned animation.
Regrowth keeps the page as an open-ended tactile toy. There is no campaign to finish and no account state to manage.
This hosted copy uses a language option supplied by the original author. It does not rewrite or machine-translate the game package.
Because the scene shows the follicle below the surface, each attempt makes the normally hidden root and bulb part of the interaction rather than treating the hair as a line that simply disappears.
