A timed 3D skateboarding game through a city district. Build speed, charge an ollie, catch aerial tricks and grind rails while trying to bank combinations before the clock runs out.

MoxRiding is an English 3D skateboarding score-chaser from Moxazza Games. A city block becomes a timed practice course: push to gain speed, pop over the pavement, connect tricks and use rails to extend a line.

This is the actual self-hosted browser game, not a video. Original game on itch.io · Creator's original X post.

How to play MoxRiding

  1. Dismiss the publisher screen with PRESS TO ENTER, then choose DROP IN to start a 90-second run.
  2. Hold Up or W to push and use Down or S to brake. D turns left and A turns right; these are the game's original steering directions.
  3. Hold Space to charge an ollie, then release. While airborne, press Z for a kickflip or try X, C, V, B, N, M and comma for other tricks.
  4. Ollie close to a rail to snap into a grind. Use Space to leave it and line up the board before landing. Shift performs a manual to link landings.
  5. Roll straight without holding Shift to bank a combo. The original rules award time for varied, well-timed trick chains. R resets and Esc opens the menu.

Controls: Press to enter, then choose DROP IN. Up/W pushes, Down/S brakes, D steers left and A steers right. Hold and release Space to ollie; Z/X/C/V/B/N/M/comma perform tricks in the air. Shift links combos with a manual, R resets and Esc opens the menu.

Why it's worth your time

The local build includes the Three.js renderer, game code, physics, music and publisher artwork. It does not depend on the itch page being embedded.

Actual desktop input took the skater from 0 to about 108 km/h and changed the HUD to OLLIE + KICKFLIP + 50–50 GRIND, with a live combo and ON THE RAIL state. This is an interaction check, not a claim of mastering the complete course.

Global leaderboard connectivity is intentionally disabled in this copy. It does not register a guest identity or submit a score to the creator's service; your local best remains browser-local. Use the original game if you want its connected leaderboard.

The host's itch callback is omitted. Publisher branding and the original creator's links remain visible. Desktop play is verified; touch controls exist in the build but mobile acceptance is still pending.

How it was made and where it lives

Hosted on the author's own page. The author publishes as Moxazza Games / Izaky (@izaky). Original: https://moxazza.itch.io/moxriding. Self-hosted English browser build. Desktop push, ollie, kickflip and a rail grind were verified. The creator's global leaderboard is disabled here so this copy does not submit scores or create guest identities on the original service; local best scores remain available. The itch host callback is omitted. Publisher branding and creator attribution are preserved.

Does it work on a phone?
The build includes touch buttons, but phone gameplay has not yet been verified. Desktop keyboard is the tested option.
